Regulations of the Institute of Medicine of Thailand
on the management and management of finances and assets
1989

In order to comply with Article 8.2.7 of the Regulations of the Institute of Medicine of Thailand concerning Roles, Duties and Operations B.E. on the management and management of finance and assets as follows:

Article 1 This regulation is called “Regulations of the Institute of Medicine of Thailand on administration and Management of Finance and Property, 1989”
Article 2 This regulation shall come into force from the day following the announcement date onwards.
Article 3 in this regulation

Institution group means a group of the Institute of Medicine of Thailand.
Board of Directors means the Board of Directors for the Group of Medical Institutes of Thailand.
Secretary-General means the Secretary-General of the Medical Institute of Thailand Group.

Article 4 The origin of budget and assets

4.1 Annual maintenance fee from member institutions
Institutional groups may receive contributions from member institutions. to carry out an ad hoc project or activity which the Board of Directors will specify on a specific occasion
4.2 Support from internal or foreign organizations Both the operation and the ad hoc projects approved by the Board of Directors.
4.4 Income, benefits or other assets as prescribed by the Board of Directors

Article 5 Financial Management
The steering committee authorizes the Secretary-General to be responsible under the following conditions:
5.1 Store, maintain, determine type of expenditure and approve payment
5.2 Orders paid for purchasing or commissioning For the operations of the institutional group, the limit is not more than 100,000 baht (one hundred thousand baht only) per time.
5.3 Order to pay for the office equipment of the institutional group in the amount not exceeding 100,000 baht per time (one hundred thousand baht only)
5.4 Prepare accounts and financial reports for submission to the Board of Directors at least once a year. with certified auditor and has been approved by the Executive Committee

Article 6 Rates of Remuneration, Wages and Other Expenses for the Operation of the Institution Group which the Board of Directors will determine as appropriate
6.1 Compensation of staff and workers for the group of institutions
6.1.1 Officers
6.1.2 Operators for institutional groups
6.2 Full-time staff wages
6.2.1 Secretary of the Secretariat’s Office
6.2.2 Officers
6.3 Travel expenses, allowances and accommodation of staff or who the institutional group is responsible for
6.3.1 Actual travel expenses
6.3.2 Allowance
6.3.3 Accommodation fees
6.4 Meeting allowance for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee
6.5 Auditor
Article 7 In any other urgent and necessary case other than those set forth in these regulations to be at the discretion of the Secretary-General to be approved on a case by case basis However, the amount must not exceed 100,000 baht (one hundred thousand baht only) per time, and then report to the board of directors for acknowledgment.
Clause 8 When the Board of Directors has determined the rate of remuneration, wages and other expenses in Article 6, it shall come into force from 7 June 1989 onwards.
